Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
BuddyBilling provides browser-based tools for creating invoices, estimates, quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the website.
1. Information you enter into documents
Business names, customer details, line items, logos, signatures, bank details, notes, and other document information are processed in your browser to generate the preview and print output. BuddyBilling does not send or store this document content on its own servers.
When you close or refresh the generator, information entered into the form may be lost. We do not provide an account-based document history or cloud backup.
2. Analytics and measurement
BuddyBilling may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, approximate device or browser information, and general interactions. Analytics is used to improve page performance, content, and usability. We do not use Google Analytics to read the contents of documents created in the generator.
Google Search Console may be used to monitor search visibility, indexing, and technical search performance. Search Console does not provide us with the document data you enter into the generator.
Google may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics according to its own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and review Google's privacy documentation for more information.
3. Cookies and local storage
BuddyBilling does not use cookies or local storage to save invoice, estimate, quote, customer, payment, bank, logo, or signature data. Essential browser behavior may still be affected by settings or third-party resources such as hosted fonts or icons.
4. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share the document information you enter. The website may load services from Google for Analytics, Search Console measurement, fonts, or other site infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request data under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Contact
If you have a privacy question, contact us at hello@buddybilling.com. Do not email sensitive customer, bank, or payment information unless it is necessary for your request.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or measurement tools change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its updated date.
