Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of BuddyBilling's free browser-based document generators. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BuddyBilling provides tools for creating invoices, estimates, quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders. The tools are provided for convenience and do not replace accounting, tax, legal, customs, or financial advice.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you create, including business details, customer information, tax rates, payment terms, totals, dates, bank details, and signatures. You are also responsible for checking the legal, tax, invoicing, and customs requirements that apply to your location and transaction.

Do not use BuddyBilling to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized documents. You must have permission to use any logo, signature, customer information, or other content you upload.

3. Browser-based processing

Document information is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to BuddyBilling for storage. You are responsible for downloading, printing, or otherwise keeping any document you need. Refreshing or closing the page may remove information entered into the form.

4. Downloads, sharing, and third-party services

Print, PDF, and share functions depend on your browser, device, operating system, and any sharing service you choose. Google Analytics and Google Search Console may be used for aggregate website measurement and search performance. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

5. No warranty

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular legal, tax, accounting, trade, or business purpose. Always review a document before sending it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuddyBilling is not responsible for losses arising from use of the website, inaccurate documents, lost browser data, unavailable features, third-party services, or reliance on generated content.

7. Changes and contact

We may change these terms as the website develops. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to hello@buddybilling.com.
